If I am purchasing a property, will you save me money on the asking price?
One of our primary goals is to ensure that you pay the best price possible for the house that you buy in Oxford. Private negotiations are often met with refusals at the first hurdle but as we already have relationships with many of Oxford's leading estate agents we are able to negotiate on your behalf. Although it is sometimes not possible to acheive a better price than the advertised rate we will certainly ensure that our best efforts are used to try and negotiate a better rate.
Once I have paid your finders fee do you limit the time given to each search?
Yes. Before you have paid your finders fee you will have an orientation call with your relocation consultant who will establish exactly what you are looking for before we start looking. Your relocation consultant will advise you if they believe your requirements are realistic and we will only move forward if we believe we can find a property for you in the time allowed. In the rare event that we are unable to locate a suitable property we will discuss the next steps with you.
Do I lose my finders fee if I decide not to move?
Once the finders fee is secured we start work right away, if you decide that you do not wish to proceed the fee is non-refundable to cover any costs already incurred.
If I am renting a property will you assist in tenancy negotiation?
Yes. As part of Oxford Property Solutions Limited we have extensive knowledge of UK lettings legislation and tenancy agreement preparation. Before you sign anything we will ensure that the agreement is fair.
